3. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Scorentra, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, security, and payment-processing providers. These providers receive information only as reasonably necessary to provide their services to us.
Information may also be shared when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at the direction of an organization or user authorized to control the relevant data.
4. Event organizations and data roles
For many event records, the organization using Scorentra determines what participant, judge, and competition information is entered into the platform and how it is used. Organizations are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis and providing any notices or permissions required for the information they submit.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Scorentra, maintain event records requested by customers, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or contractual obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and customer configuration.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure.
7. Children and minors
Scorentra is not directed to children under 13 for independent account creation. Event organizations may enter information about youth participants when appropriate for an event. Those organizations are responsible for complying with laws and obtaining permissions applicable to participant information they collect and submit.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other treatment of personal information. Requests may be sent to support@scorentra.com. We may need to verify your identity or refer requests concerning organization-controlled event records to the organization responsible for that data.
