Refund Policy
Effective August 25, 2026
Scorentra is a product of Byrd Music Production LLC. We want event organizers to understand the refund rules before purchasing access. Scorentra is currently in pre-launch development, and purchasing is not yet enabled.
1. Standard event purchases
When paid event access launches, a request for a full refund may be made within 7 calendar days of purchase if the purchased event has not yet been used for live adjudication, scoring, or results publication.
2. Once an event has been used
After an event has been used for live judging, score entry, adjudication, or results publication, the event fee is generally non-refundable because access to the purchased service has been substantially provided.
3. Duplicate or erroneous charges
Verified duplicate charges or charges caused by a billing error will be refunded or corrected as appropriate. Please contact us promptly if you believe you were charged incorrectly.
4. Service failure
If a material Scorentra service failure prevents the purchased service from being reasonably used, contact support. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a refund, credit, or other reasonable remedy. Problems caused by local internet access, customer equipment, unauthorized account use, or third-party systems outside our control may not qualify.
5. Volume or custom agreements
Organizations purchasing multi-event, volume, or separately negotiated services may have refund terms stated in their order, invoice, or written agreement. Those specific terms will control if they differ from this policy.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@scorentra.com and include the purchaser name, organization, event name, transaction date, and reason for the request. Do not send full payment-card numbers by email.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time after approval is controlled in part by the payment provider and financial institution.
7. Legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
